ANIMAL NEWS
After a long absence the ellies (elephants) are back in full force. The past week was filled with sightings and some close encounters with a bull in musth. Not to serious but definatly adrenalin rush. The lions are around, but so far they have managed to escape us.
NEW !
So many students are interested in tracking therefore we will now include tracking as part of the month volunteer course. We leave early in the morning, find fresh spoor of Rhino, Lion or Buffalo and track them by ground and aerial (evidence of the animal on grass, trees, bushes or ground) until we find them (sometimes they get away, but we try).
We are looking forward to a great and eventful year!
Bush greetings
